Who we are
Kortra (“Kortra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) builds AI automation, marketing, and search visibility systems for real estate professionals. This policy explains what information we collect through kortra.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the services we provide to clients.
Information you give us
We collect information you submit directly, including:
- Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, and company or brokerage name
- Information you include in a contact form, consultation request, or email
- Account credentials if you create an account to access client resources
- Details about your business that you share with us while we scope or deliver a project
Information collected automatically
When you visit kortra.ai we and our providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. We use cookies and similar technologies for this. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
Information from advertising platforms
If you reach us through an ad on Facebook or Instagram, Meta may pass us the contact information you chose to submit, and may prefill that information on our forms. We also use the Meta pixel and similar tools to measure ad performance and show ads to people who have visited our site. Meta’s own handling of your data is governed by Meta’s privacy policy, not ours.

Text messages
If you give us your phone number and consent to be contacted by text, we may send you messages about your enquiry or your project. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, and we will honour that request promptly. Replying HELP will return contact information. We do not sell or share phone numbers collected for text messaging with third parties for their own marketing.
Client data
When we build and operate systems on your behalf, we may access data inside your CRM, email platform, website, or advertising accounts. We access that data only to deliver the services you have engaged us for. We do not sell it, and we do not use one client’s data to benefit another. Where a written agreement between us covers data handling, that agreement controls.
Service providers
We share information with vendors who help us operate, under obligations to protect it. These currently include hosting and infrastructure providers, our database provider, our authentication provider, our transactional email provider, analytics providers, and advertising platforms. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising cookies may count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain state laws. You can opt out using the contact details below.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, reply STOP to any text, and ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we collect, request deletion, correct inaccurate information, opt out of targeted advertising, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Nevada residents may submit a verified request that we not sell certain covered information. Send any request to the address below and we will respond within the time the law allows. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, or as long as the law requires. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Other sites
Our site links to services we do not control, including scheduling tools and social platforms. Their privacy practices are their own. Review their policies before providing information.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
